  1. Any charges will be imposed to register with Bulk SMS Indonesia?

    It is free to register a iSMS account.

  2. Can I get free demo to try the iSMS service?

    Yes,you can obtain 10 free credits to try our service. You can reload the 10 free credits into your mobile account after receieve your demo pin in your mobile device. Each mobile number is only can apply for 10 free credits for once only.

  3. How long is the Bulk SMS Indonesia credits valid?

    iSMS Indonesia credits are valid for 1 year from the date of reload. However, we may extend your credit validity by giving additional 1 year based on your reason. If you wish to extend the validity period, please contact us or call us at +6011 3671 0208 once it's expired.

  4. What is the different between short code & long code?

    Short code is a 5 digit number while Long code is a random mobile number that allows customer reply.

  5. How can I check the replies from my customer?

    You can check through email, SMS Reply History and SMS receive. 1 sms credit will be charged for each reply.

  6. How can I type long message without exceeding the character set?

    You are only need to click on the long message and the character typed will be counted automatically.

  7. Why does the address book not allow 2 same mobile number? And,why can't we send birthday greeting twice?

    Duplicated number is not allowed in the address book because it is created for unique mobile number only. Under the service policy of Bulk SMS Indonesia, Birthday Greetings can only be sent once to prevent spam.

  8. Can we use the remaining credits after new top-up?

    Yes. You may continue to use the remaining expired credits after reload your iSMS credits.

  9. How to compose .CSV files?

    First, you are compulsory to organize your data and make sure mobile numbers and usernames are inserted. Then,you can save it as CSV format. For more guidance, you can view the guideprovided.

  10. Will my SMS credit be deducted if the message I sent is not in service or has been terminated or in undelivered status?

    SMS credit will be deducted according to each SMS submission. You will not be charged if its invalid mobile phone format and the undelivered number will be shown under SMS History Report.

  11. Can I share Bulk SMS Indonesia credits to other users?

    Yes. Go to "Edit Sub Account" to add sub-account and the limit of credits allocated to each sub-account can be controlled.

  12. How to make iSMS Credits payment via PayPal?

    Kindly call to PayPal contact number which is listed in the Purchase Credits Page.

  13. How to change to short code?

    In your iSMS member portal,go to "Edit Profile". Then, click on the "Number Masking". Every update will be charged 10 SMS credits but it is only charged once.

  14. What happens if there is system error occurs during composing the SMS?

    Do not "refresh" the page, just close your browser and log in again to the system from the home page. After that, check your history.

  15. Can we copy and paste message from Ms Words file?

    Do not copy and paste from Ms Words file. It may contain invalid characters. SMS will not be delivered if there is any detection of invalid characters.

  16. How long does it take to activate the Bulk SMS Indonesia account?

    With immediate effect(during working hours).
